Procedure The Apple Store for Higher Education Institutions is the fastest, easiest way to get complete information on Apple education products. Here you'll find current specifications for every product. You can also choose from hundreds of build-to-order configurations and print out a detailed price quote to attach to your department purchase request form.

Just follow these 5 simple steps to process your paperwork:

  1. Print out your detailed Apple price quote
  2. Add State Sales Tax and 3% Bookstore handling fee:
  3. Add California e-waste fee (for monitors, please see fee chart below for current charges) 
  4. Fax or email your price quote to Contracts & Procurement.
  5. Add Cal State Ewaste Fee see chart below.


Fax or email your price quote to Contracts & Procurement and then create your PeopleSoft requisition.  Your new computer will be ordered as soon as the Bookstore receives your PO number from Contracts and Procurement.  If you have any questions you can contact the HSU Bookstore Computer Department @X5848 or X5998.
