All materials must be in the original condition in which they were purchased. If the text comes with a disk or CD, the disk/CD holder must remain sealed.
Your register receipt and photo ID are required for all refunds or exchanges.
48 hours from first day of class
Is the last day for all refunds and exchanges.
After the first day of of class, refunds or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of the purchase.
If you are dropping a class, a refund may be granted if accompanied by a drop slip, receipt,, and photo ID.
There are no refunds or exchanges at anytime on course readers or copy packets. Please be sure to permanently enroll in the class before purchasing course readers.
Abuse of the refund policy may result in
revoking your refund privileges.
Buyback will take place in the HSU Bookstore.
